Global Sustainable Finance & Investment Summit 2025 (Middle East Chapter)

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the participation of clients ("the Client") in the Global Sustainable Finance and Investment Summit 2025 (Middle East Chapter), organized by Clerisy Global ("the Event Organizer"). By engaging with our services, the Client agrees to comply with these Terms, which align with the applicable laws of India.
2. Modifications to Event Packages
The Event Organizer will make every effort to deliver event packages as originally presented. However, the Event Organizer reserves the right to modify event details, including but not limited to:

• Agenda updates

• Changes to event dates or venue

Any such changes will be communicated to the Client in a timely manner. If the venue or date is changed without prior notice, the Client will be eligible for a full refund.
3. Client Cancellation Policy

• Within 48 Hours of Booking: A full credit note will be issued, provided the booking was made at least 30 days before the event.

• After 48 Hours: A 50% credit note will be issued, provided the booking was made at least 30 days before the event.

• Within 30 Days of the Event: No credit note will be provided.

• Non-Cancellation & No-Show: If the Client fails to officially cancel and does not attend, any paid amount will be forfeited, and any outstanding balance remains payable.

4. Limitation of Liability
The Event Organizer shall not be held liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Lost profits

• Third-party payments

• Any indirect losses resulting from this agreement

5. Privacy Policy & Data Usage
By participating in the event, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• The Event Organizer may use event recordings (photos, audio, and video) for promotional purposes indefinitely.

• Personal data collected will only be used for event logistics and necessary functions. It will not be shared with third parties for unrelated purposes.

6. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Event Organizer’s control, such as natural disasters or war, the event will be rescheduled within six (6) months. If rescheduling extends beyond this period, the Client may request a full refund, which will be processed within 30 days.
7. Event Postponement & Cancellation

• Postponement: If the Event Organizer postpones the event for reasons other than force majeure, the cancellation policy outlined in Section 3 applies.

• Cancellation: If the Event Organizer cancels the event entirely, all fees paid by the Client will be refunded within 30 business days. No additional compensation will be provided.

8. Sponsor, Partner, & Exhibitor Terms
For sponsors, partners, or exhibitors who wish to cancel:

• More than 7 days post-signature & over 2 months before the event: 50% of the contractual amount is due.

• Between 30 and 60 days before the event: 75% of the contractual amount is due.

• Within 30 days of the event: The full amount is due.

• If no formal cancellation is made, the total invoiced amount remains payable. A credit note for any paid amount will be valid for one (1) year and applicable to future events organized by the Event Organizer.

9. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all intellectual property rights related to materials created by the Event Organizer remain its exclusive property.
10. General Terms

• This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Event Organizer and the Client, replacing any prior verbal or written agreements.

• Any amendments must be authorized in writing by an Event Organizer director.

• Notices and communications must be sent via email with delivery confirmation.

• This agreement is governed by the laws of Bengaluru, India.
   

By engaging with the Event Organizer and participating in the Global Sustainable Finance and Investment Summit 2025 (Middle East Chapter), the Client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
